TRAINING

• All housekeeping personnel, on selection, shall be put through a special training module so as to familiarize them with the housekeeping needs at site.
• On the job training shall be provided to all housekeepers who are deployed as replacement as & when required.
• Refresher training shall be provided as part of regular training cycles for all housekeeping personnel.
• Training shall be conducted in our own classrooms as well as at site.

P. P. SECURITAS provides rigorous training to its guarding personnel. It organizes basic training and also conducts refresher and specialized courses. The basic subjects included in the induction training are as follows :
